To make this fun interactive card you will need:
6 x 11 card stock - this is the main piece
2 - 3 x 4 card stock - these are the pieces that come out on the sides
5 1/2 x 1 1/2 card stock - this is the reinforcement for inside of the card.
12 x 1 ribbon - it doesn't matter what color this ribbon is, you won't be able to see it
Score the 6 x 11 card stock at 10 5/8, 7, and 3 3/8, notch the last section. I measured 1 inch down from the score mark, then drew a line 1 1/4 inch, then cut out that notch. In the video she uses a punch.
Here is the link to the video where she shows you how to put it together.

In my example I decorated the front with a piece of paper cut to 5 3/4 x 3 3/8. I used my Artiste Cricut Cartridge to cut the shape and used the Celebrate Today stamp from Casual Expressions D1525, inked with Lagoon. Stamping the image a second time on another piece of card stock and just cutting center, using foam tape to pop it up. Stamping the Happy Birthday (from Joyful Birthday B1419) in black ink. The balloons and cake are from a retired stamp set called Everyday Celebration. I used Honey and Chocolate inks as well. Round the corners on the pull out pieces, punch a hole on one end and add a ribbon. Watch the video on how to put the pulley mechanism together. Have fun making this great card!
